The XX’s “Say Something Loving” music video is a beautiful celebration of queer love

In support of their third studio album I See You, The XX have released a gorgeous music video for “Say Something,” celebrating queer love and all that comes with it, juxtaposed with images of bandmates Romy Madley Croft, Oliver Sim and Jamie Smith.

Both Croft and Sim identify as queer, which is probably why the video feels so heartfelt and personal.

The British indie group’s last video for “On Hold” also had strong LGBTQ imagery, but this is most definitely their strongest effort yet.
